Delivery Process
If your package is delayed or you do not receive it within the expected time frame, please contact us at sagastore@sagastore.is and we will investigate the issue immediately.
We aim to deliver your order as quickly and securely as possible. Once your order has been confirmed, it is processed and prepared for shipment. You will receive a confirmation email when the package has been dispatched.
Delivery Methods
Customers can choose from several delivery options during checkout:
- Home Delivery - The order is delivered directly to your address by our delivery partner DHL Express.
- Store Pickup – Orders can be collected in person at our store in Bankastræti 11, 101 Reykjavík, during regular business hours.
Delivery Time
Most orders are delivered within 2–5 working days, depending on product availability and the chosen delivery method.
Orders placed during weekends or holidays are processed the next working day.
Customs Duties and Tariffs (U.S. Orders)
For deliveries to the United States, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import tariffs that may be charged upon entry into the country.
These fees are set and collected by U.S. Customs and Border Protection, not by us or DHL.
We cannot estimate or control the amount of these charges — they vary based on the order value, product type, and current import regulations.
If you refuse to pay customs fees and the package is returned, shipping costs and any associated return fees will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping Partner and Terms
All shipments are handled by DHL Express, and their delivery terms and conditions apply to all orders. This includes their handling of delays, customs processing, and claims for lost or damaged parcels.

Shipping Cost
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on the the delivery method and destination.
Shipping costs are non-refundable in the event of a return.
We offer free shipping for orders over $150.
