Returns & Exchanges 🤍
We want you to love your purchase from Saga Store. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns work:
🕒 Return Timeframe

Items purchased online can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all tags attached.

Returns made after 14 days unfortunately cannot be accepted.
🚫 Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Earrings and other hygiene-sensitive items

Gift cards
-
Sale or discounted items (unless faulty)
🔁 Exchanges

Exchanges are only available in our physical store.

Online purchases returned by mail can be refunded or issued as store credit, but direct exchanges are not available online.
💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund as quickly as possible.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping.
🛠 Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged:

Faulty items are, of course, covered under consumer protection laws.
