Your order will be delivered directly to your address by our trusted partner, DHL Express.

You may pick up your order at our store:

Delivery Time

  • Reykjavík Area:
    Same-day delivery for orders placed before 18:00.

  • International Orders:
    Most deliveries arrive within 3–5 working days, depending on your location and selected delivery method.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Customs Duties & Taxes

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Customers are responsible for all customs charges required by their country.

  • For U.S. orders, these fees are determined and collected by U.S. Customs and Border Protection, not by us or DHL.

  • We cannot estimate or control these charges, as they vary by order value, product type, and local regulations.

  • If customs fees are refused and the package is returned, shipping costs and any return-related fees will be deducted from your refund.
